Afterwards three ladies had games and prizes which we played. And then we exchanged gifts and had show and tell of our gifts. A good time was had by all which we always do at our get togethers.

Eyelet Hats

Hi, Everybody hope you all had a nice Christmas and are getting ready for a Happy New Year. Its hard to believe another year has passed so quickly. Have you ever thought of how many projects you got done in the pass year and how many you are planning on doing this year ? Think about it sometime.! ! That would be interesting to take a poll sometime. I am working on fingerless gloves and a few different cowls now for the rest of the winter. With another snow storm coming I guess we will all get a lot of Knitting done again. These are my hats I did for Christmas Presents. Now I have a request for a Afghan from my granddaughter because she outgrow her other one. So there is a project to start the new year out and many more to follow I"m sure ! ! Yarn Cupcakes

I haven't blogged for about a month because my Computer has been down off and on. My granddaughter made these cupcakes for our Workshop that we had in October from 9 to 5 with Melissa Leapman. She taught Celtic Cables which was very interesting and enjoyed by all. Some of the ladies got her new book Continuous Cables. She had a lot of sweaters with her cables and she modeled them all.We had a group of 30 plus attending the 2 classes , one in the morning and one in the afternoon . With a light lunch at noon. Everybody had a enjoyable day of knitting and learning and visiting with friends. I also think Melissa had a good time as well especialy when Tammy and the girls had the aution. Fun for all.
